I can't log in with Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you’ve lost your 2FA key or have recently changed your phone and forgot to transfer the 2FA to the new device. We can help you set it up again:

In order to do that please provide us with the following information:

  • your stack(s) names (if you have any)
  • the last 4 numbers on your credit card (for this account)

If you are a team member with limited access, you can get this information from your account owner.
