Docker containers not starting

I’m trying to get a docker stack working but I always end up with a server with stopped containers that stop right after restarting them.

My images/containers run fine locally.

The Cloud66 log interface doesn’t give any information but the /var/log/upstart/docker.log on the server is full with these errors:

time=”2016-09-13T11:36:32.254609594+02:00” level=error msg=”Handler for GET /v1.24/tasks/181f242bd27d105ec2d1e7c32c407f1bd279f363d7c24829bf3b9372d2cc142e returned error: This node is not a swarm manager. Use \”docker swarm init" or "docker swarm join" to connect this node to swarm and try again.”

Do you know what I’m doing wrong?

Kind regards,
