Better scheduling for backups?

Having hourly backups would be great, but I also want a weekly and monthly snapshot. If anything injects bad data into our system having these to compare to would be invaluable in diagnosing and repairing. I’ve unfortunately been in the situation of losing restore data because our only backups were hourly, and only kept the last 72 hours :(

Is this possible?

I completely understand this situation, but you could always add several managed backups, eg. one on an hourly schedule, and another on a daily schedule. This would allow you to have different schedules for your backups. Does that help?
